Running later than expected? Here's why, and what we'll do about it.

Why delays happen

Occasional delays are usually down to busy periods (launches, sales, holidays) or courier congestion. The first thing to do is check your tracking link for the latest status.

We'll chase it for you

If your estimated delivery date has passed with no movement on the tracking, contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the courier on your behalf.
