What's covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults under normal use, such as:

• Hardware or clasp failure
• Stitching that comes apart
• Material defects present on arrival

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, heat or harsh chemicals
• Light surface marks and natural colour variation

Making a claim

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos. If it's a genuine fault, we'll repair, replace or refund. Contact us to start.
