What Can & Can't Be Returned

A quick checklist before you send anything back.

Returnable

• Items in original, unused condition
• All original packaging, tags and dust bag included
• Bundle and BOGO sets returned complete

Not returnable

• Used or worn items
• Items missing original packaging
• Free gifts and promotional add-ons

Please note: light surface marks or minor colour variation are natural to translucent TPU and aren't considered defects.
