Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Spotted a mistake in your address? Act fast and we can usually fix it.

Before it ships

We pack quickly, so email us the moment you spot an error — include your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.

After it ships

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, we can't guarantee address changes, and we can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we'll quote any reshipment cost before sending it back out.
